Location: South Station Tower, enter at 680 Atlantic Avenue

Time: 4:00pm ET 

Attendees are invited to participate in a private, guided tour of South Station Tower, Hines’ newest landmark mixed-use, transit-oriented development above Boston’s historic Beaux-Arts train station. The tour will highlight how the project integrates a new high-rise residential and office tower with one of the nation’s busiest transportation hubs, while addressing the structural, operational, and investment considerations of building over active rail infrastructure.

The discussion will also highlight integrated resilience strategies, from elevated building systems to flood protection and stormwater infrastructure, designed to address coastal risk and support long-term adaptation.
