As AI and other technologies continue to reshape how work gets done, executive coaching is becoming an increasingly important capability for HR professionals. While technology can accelerate tasks and inform decisions, effective leadership depends on human capabilities such as emotional intelligence, self‑awareness, sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity. This session explores how executive coaching helps leaders strengthen these skills - enhancing resilience, decision‑making, and interpersonal effectiveness during periods of rapid change.
