This full-time internship offers hands-on exposure to industrial real estate investment, asset management, property management, and leasing operations. Interns will work closely with our Asset Management team on portfolio analysis, operational reporting, budgeting tools, and cross-functional projects. The program also includes job shadowing within our Midwest Operations division and a collaborative capstone project presented to BIG’s Executive Committee.

Ideal Candidates

• Rising seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or real estate
• Strong interest in industrial or commercial real estate
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and professional
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Familiarity with ARGUS is a plus
