Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven candidate for our acquisitions team. This position offers exposure to the full lifecycle of commercial real estate investment, including sourcing, underwriting, negotiating contracts, due diligence, financing, and disposition. As a part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you will work alongside some of the most accomplished professionals in the industry and develop the skills necessary for a successful, long-term career in commercial real estate. This role may occasionally require extended hours to meet critical deadlines or support time-sensitive projects. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed financial analyses to evaluate prospective investments using Excel and Argus.
• Conduct in-depth market research on supply/demand fundamentals, economic trends, comparable sales and lease transactions, and more.
• Assist in preparing investment memoranda and presentation materials for investment committee.
• Support the deal team in negotiating and closing transactions.
• Help source acquisitions by establishing a critical network of brokers, owners, and tenants.
• Maintain databases related to acquisition pipeline and contact management software.
• Contact brokers and other external stakeholders to obtain key deal information, ensuring timely and accurate data collection to support transaction analysis and decision-making.
• Collaborate across departments to leverage internal resources and expertise, ensuring comprehensive underwriting of deals.
• Participate in front-facing activities essential to the acquisitions process.
• Principally focused on sectors including Industrial, Hospitality, Medical Office, Life Science, Retail, and Seniors Housing.
