Clarion Partners’ industrial platform is made up of 916 properties (consisting of 223 million sf and currently valued at $42 billion) located in 35 markets across the United States. Headquartered in Dallas, with additional offices in Los Angeles and New York, the Clarion Partners Industrial Team is led by an experienced group of real estate investment professionals singularly focused on the industrial sector.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities will include assisting with acquisitions and asset management duties including modeling, portfolio analysis and reporting, property valuation analysis, lease analysis and special projects.

  • Assist in the prep and presentation of Preliminary and Final Investment Memoranda to the firm's Investment Committee.
  • Assist with underwriting new investment opportunities.
  • Participate in acquisitions and asset management due diligence.
  • Review annual operating budgets and assist in annual business plan preparation and presentation.
  • Assist with acquisition, development, and disposition transactions.
  • Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the properties and portfolios.
  • Maintain portfolio models.
  • Assist with preparation and review of portfolio level and client reports.
  • Maintain property valuation files.
  • Analyze lease transactions.
  • Prepare and update portfolio-level reports.
  • Assist with property management related functions.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports when needed.
