We are looking to hire an asset management analyst/associate. This individual will support the Portfolio Manager in all aspects managing several closed ended funds comprised of all asset classes including industrial, retail, multifamily, office, data centers student and senior housing.

Role is based in NY and a mostly in office requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain investment and fund-level financial models. Prepare analyses and sensitivities on those models using Microsoft Excel and Argus.
• Assist in the completion of quarterly investment valuations using discounted cash flows, market cap rates, and recent sales comps. Prepare quarterly investment return projections, which include preparing variance analyses and market research (sales comps, leasing activity, rental rates, projected rental growth, etc.).
• Provide support in the review of property budgets, business plans, and quarterly reforecasts.
• Develop a working knowledge of leases, loan documents, partnership agreements, and other agreements for general responsibilities.
• Assist in property dispositions, including coordinating with brokers and analyzing offers.
• Assist in performing refinancing analyses, sell/hold analyses, leasing NPV/NER, and other ad hoc requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual investor reports and presentations
• Coordinate and gather economic data and growth projections to incorporate into various Portfolio updates.
