What You’ll Do:

As the Investment & Fund Controller, you will lead the day-to-day accounting operations of Coastal Ridge Real Estate Partners and oversee its third-party fund administrator. This role will serve as the primary accounting and finance resource for the firm’s expanding investment management platform, while partnering with accounting team members across property management and development to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment.

What You’ll Own:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations across funds, joint ventures, and corporate entities
• Supervise preparation of financial statements for corporate, closed-end funds, and non-traded REIT
• Coordinate audits with external auditors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Fund and joint ventures oversight, including NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, and waterfall/promote allocations
• Ensure fund compliance with relevant regulations, accounting standards and legal documentation
• Support debt administration, including covenant compliance and reporting
• Support and oversight of investor distributions
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies across all entities
• Supervise accounting team members, cultivating a culture of high performance by supporting team development
• Oversight of third-party fund administrator, in partnership with investor relations
• Identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions
• Other duties and projects as directed and assigned
