Global Management Survey Q&A: How to Complete the Survey
The Global Management Survey (GMS), conducted annually by NAREIM in partnership with Ferguson Partners, provides confidential benchmarking insights for senior leaders at real estate investment management firms.
Drawing on more than 65 key data points, the Survey offers a comprehensive view of how firms operate, grow, and govern, covering financial performance and profitability, capital raising and AUM trends, investor composition, organizational structure and productivity, workload and outsourcing practices, and governance and incentive structures.
Participation is required to receive the full GMS report.
To support new and past participants, NAREIM will host a Virtual GMS Q&A Session focused on helping firms complete the survey efficiently and accurately. The session will cover:
- How the GMS is used and what’s included in the final report
- Common questions on survey definitions and data categorization
- Tips and best practices for completing the survey
- Live Q&A with the GMS team
Please note: This meeting is open only to members of NAREIM’s Executive Officer Group and HR Leaders. Members of other NAREIM functional groups are not eligible to attend and will not be allowed access.
