Attendees are invited to participate in a private, guided tour of One South Station, Hines’ newest landmark mixed-use, transit-oriented development above Boston’s historic Beaux-Arts train station. The tour will highlight how the project integrates a new high-rise residential and office tower with one of the nation’s busiest transportation hubs, while addressing the structural, operational, and investment considerations of building over active rail infrastructure.
